About JAAP

Built by a job seeker
who got fed up.

I applied to 80 jobs in 3 months. I heard back from 3. Not because my CV was weak — I had solid fintech and product experience. The problem was volume and reach. I was applying to the same 10 job boards as everyone else, writing the same generic cover letters, and never reaching the person who actually made the hiring decision.

I'm a builder. So I built the tool I wished I had.

JAAP (Job Application Automation Platform) runs every night. It searches Google Jobs for roles that match your profile, scores each one for fit, and sends you the top matches on Telegram. You approve in one tap. JAAP then submits via LinkedIn Easy Apply, researches the hiring manager, and sends a personalised email from your actual Gmail — written in your voice, grounded in real company context.

Every action requires your sign-off. Every email sent has a full receipt so you know exactly what landed in whose inbox. Nothing happens without you knowing.

The goal isn't to spam your way to a job. It's to make sure the right people actually hear from you — at scale, with the kind of personalisation that only AI can sustain.

“Job searching is broken for candidates. The ATS filters you out before a human reads your name. The solution isn't to give up — it's to get to the hiring manager directly, with something worth reading.”

— Kachi, Founder

What we believe

Transparency first

Every email JAAP sends has a full receipt. You always know what went out and to whom.

Human approval always

Automation without control is liability. You approve every job match and every outreach draft.

Quality over volume

We don't spray hundreds of generic applications. We send fewer, better ones — to the right people.

No fake promises

We won't tell you JAAP guarantees interviews. It doesn't. It just dramatically improves your odds.
